The notorious Bulldogs forward pack will be put to the test this Sunday against the Tigers’ young guns.

The return of Aaron Woods and Tim Grant will be sure to see our boys up front rise to the challenge.

Josh Reynolds is not surprised that the Tigers have mentioned they’re looking forward to challenging the Bulldogs forwards.

“I think every forward pack does look forward to it and I think that just comes with having the captain of England with us and guys like Sammy and Tolman, they’ve all done great things in their careers,” Reynolds said.

With the level of experience amongst the Bulldogs forward pack, Josh is confident that our forwards will have no issues taking on the Tigers.

“I think our big boys are always ready.”

Meanwhile, experience front-row forward Aiden Tolman believes the start to the game is crucial for the Bulldogs and if he and his fellow forwards can get the job done, than the result will be a happier one for the men in the blue and white.

“I’m sure if we start strong and make sure we’re defending really well, than it will go a long way to winning the game,” said Tolman.

“It’s going to be a really tough ask for us forwards, but that’s where most games are won.

“We need to do a good job on them to allow our outside men score some points.”
