Bulldogs front row forward Tim Browne has today been charged by the NRL’s Match Review Committee with ‘tripping’.

The 28-year-old committed the offence on Ryan Hoffman in the 20th minute of play on Saturday night. The Grade 1 charge carries a penalty of 75 points and 56 points if he chooses to take the early guilty plea.

The club has until 12 noon tomorrow to enter their plea but regardless of the decision, Browne will be free to play the Titans this Saturday afternoon at ANZ Stadium.
