Head Coach Des Hasler spoke with the media this morning to discuss a number of issues before the Bulldogs round 2 clash with the Panthers.

What can you tell us about Craig Garvey:

"Craig's pretty experienced."

"He has worked really well and he will do a good job on Thursday night."

What did you make of the Panthers in round 1?

"I was very impressed with Penrith after their game in the nation's capital."

"They've got some great young players who have a very impressive physical shape about them and their quite skillful."

"They have a very polished kicking game."

Where you happy with you halves in round 1?

"Their just approaching each week as it comes."

What can you tell us about Kerrod Holland?

"He is solid and we have been really impressed with him."

Where you impressed with the bunker in round 1?

"I was very impressed."

"It has certainly lifted the profile of officiating."

"I think it is a great move."

What will David Klemmer bring to his opening game?

"David just can't wait to play."

"We expect him to create a real presence, provide great impact and he gets us going forward."

"He provides energy and thats just his game."
