The Bulldogs defeated the Titans in round 23, 36-14, but the match will be remembered for the sizzling try Greg Eastwood scored in the 71st minute of the match.

The Titans were attacking the Bulldogs try-line when Greg Bird put in a grubber kick on the last tackle, but unfortunately for the Titans the ball fell into the hands of Moses Mbye.

Two plays latter, winger Curtis Rona scooted from dummy-half to split the Titans defence and race 40 metres up field and be tackled by David Mead.

A quick play the ball followed and half-back Trent Hodkinson was able to skip across field and put in a cross field chip kick in behind Titans winger Kalifa Faifai Loa.

The kick was collected by Perrett who flew past his opposite number.

The veteran was able to regather, offload to Tim Lafai who in turn found a flying Greg Eastwood.

Eastwood was able to step, skip and break out of two Titans defenders to slam the ball down for his second try of the game and a certain contender for try of the year.

The brilliant try took supporters back to the days of The Entertainers!
