Broncos Coach Wayne Bennett has named his side for the round 18 blockbuster with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs minus an Origin star.

Maroons centre Justin Hodges has not been included in the Broncos side for Saturday's clash at ANZ Stadium and is being rested after the Origin decider at Suncorp Stadium.

The Broncos are coming intio the round 18 fixture off the back of a bye and two good victories agaisnt the Newcastle Knights and the Melbourne Storm.

Daniel Vidot and Jack Reed both return to the Broncos line-up after missing their last match against the Knights.

Origin star Sam Thaiday also returns to the side and in the front-row due to the season ending injury to Josh Maguire, while Corey Oates has been named on the interchange bench after starring on the wing in recent weeks.
