The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are aiming to deliver the most comprehensive fan and member experience outside of Finals or Origin for the Grand Final replay against the South Sydney Rabbitohs at ANZ Stadium this Friday afternoon.

With the 4pm kick-off lending itself to family friendly activities much of the focus will be on kids.

Those who arrive early will be able to join in drumming lessons, Jaycar remote control car races and can help out at the banner-making station.  Easter Bunnies will be roaming the precinct and t-shirts will be fired into the crowd.

Comedians Rob and Tahir will host a pre-match show in the warm-up zone outside the stadium from 3pm with music, interviews with former players and autographs before leading a march into the stadium with all the fans.

There’ll be a DJ on field, fan photos on the big screen, plenty of give-aways throughout the day and most importantly, the two best teams in the competition going head to head.

Affordability is also a focus for the Good Friday game, with a General Admission family pass and two free junior passes available for $50 for anyone who pre-purchases online.

The Bulldogs will also be looking to confirm once and for all that their supporters are the most passionate in the league with a decibel meter to ‘scientifically’ measure noise coming out of ‘The Kennel’ and ‘The Burrow’ during the game.

“The Good Friday game between the Bulldogs and Rabbitohs has quickly become an iconic game on the NRL calendar and we’re looking forward to another bumper crowd this Friday,” said Bulldogs Chief Executive Raelene Castle.

“The intensity of the players in the Grand Final was certainly matched by the passion of the fans from both sides and I expect that rivalry will again shine through again with the replay.

“If you’re a Dogs fan or a Bunnies fan that hasn’t yet made the Good Friday game an annual pilgrimage, now is the time to start.

“We’ve focused on making this a family friendly event and look forward to delivering a great day of Rugby League.”
