Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Halfback Trent Hodkinson will on Friday night make his 100th NRL appearance against his former club, Manly Sea-Eagles, at Brookvale Oval.
Coach Des Hasler has been able to maintain the same 17-man side that defeated the Eels 32-12 at ANZ Stadium last Friday night. Hasler has added Lloyd Perrett to an extended bench, with the young forward pushing for his first appearance in the top grade this season.
Hodkinson made his debut back in 2010 and is pleased to have reached the milestone.
“It’s always pleasing to reach milestones in the game,” Hodkinson said. “Whilst you don’t always necessarily aim for them, it’s always good when you reach them.
“It’ll be good to do it against my former club as well. It’s where I got my first chance so that will add a bit to the occasion.”
