Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Coach Des Hasler has today named Moses Mbye as the replacement for Josh Reynolds, for the match against the Parramatta Eels at ANZ Stadium on Friday night.

Reynolds was today ruled out for 6-8 weeks with an arm injury suffered against the Panthers last Sunday. Mbye will come into the side for his first appearance of the year and 10th match of his NRL career.

Back rower Josh Jackson today said that the side needed to lift for the match this Friday night.

“We made it hard for ourselves last week,” Jackson said. “Drop ball, penalties and errors, just the little things we said we didn’t want to do in round one happened.

“The (Eels) were really impressive. Not just their forward pack but their backline went well also.

“It’ll be a fair test for us on Friday night that’s for sure.”

The Bulldogs and Eels will play for the Bandaged Bear Cup this week in support of the Westmead Children’s Hospital. Visit bandagedbear.org.au for more details.
