Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Coach Des Hasler has today named his side to take on the Rabbitohs at ANZ Stadium on Thursday night.

The Bulldogs and Rabbitohs will play in the third annual Special Olympics Cup and the Bulldogs will be donating $2 for every member that comes through the turnstiles to the organisation. Bulldogs ‘shorts sponsor’, M&J Chickens, have donated the front panel to Special Olympics, giving them some much deserved exposure during the game.

The Bulldogs will go into the match with the same 17-man side that played in the 30-10 victory over the Tigers last week.

Halfback Trent Hodkinson realises the importance of this match on Thursday night.

“It’s a big test as a side this week,” Hodkinson said. “Coming off a couple of wins, we need these next two games if we are a hope of a top four spot.

“We played the Rabbitohs earlier in the year and managed to get them by a point but they’ll have their forwards working hard and their backs will again be dangerous. It’ll be a big match and hopefully plenty of members and fans can come out to get behind us.”

There are many reasons why members and fans should get to the game on Thursday night, so visit www.bulldogs.com.au for all the details and to purchase your tickets.
