The Bulldogs head in to this weekends game against Parramatta in a good frame of mind. They are coming off the bye, but are also coming off a very good win against a Melbourne Storm side in which they kept them to nil. An achievement that not to many sides have been able to do in the last couple of years. The side would have gained plenty of confidence from the round 18 game, but its about been able to produce this type of footy again on Friday.
Hopefully that game against the Storm will give the boys plenty of confidence, said assistant Coach Jim Dymock.
Its rivalry round and for these two sides its a rivalry which goes back a long way. Whenever these two sides clash its always a great game. The fans love to see these two traditional clubs play, the game attracts a good crowd and the players who get the opportunity to play in these games sure do embrace the build-up and playing their part in the game.

Parramatta showed some really good signs against the Canberra Raiders last weekend even though they were defeated, but if the Dogs are to get the victory on Friday night than they need to get their own house in order and focus on what they need to do to win rather than getting caught up with how the Eels are going. Its easy to get complacent against a side who sit towards the bottom of the table, but for Skipper Michael Ennis its all about the players nailing their preparation.
We need to nail our preparation and make sure we are at our best, instead of focusing on Parramattathis will be the key for us on Friday, said Ennis.
Its a great opportunity for the bulldogs this week to get a win and really cement their spot in the eight, especially when you consider there are teams who are on the same points as them playing each other this weekend.
A win will certainly be a great way to send out-going CEO Todd Greenberg off.
