Swysh Fan Pass FAQs
What is Fan Pass?
With Fan Pass, eligible Bulldogs Members will receive awesome behind the scenes video content delivered straight to you by Swysh.
The videos are exclusive and aren't publicly available - you'll need the Fan Pass link to view it and you'll be sent the link via email and/or SMS.
Am I eligible to access Fan Pass?
2026 Primary Account Holders will receive a link via email and/or SMS to the account details linked to their Membership to notify them that new and exclusive content is now available.
Can Secondary Account Holders access Fan Pass?
Eligible 2026 Primary Account Holders are eligible to access Fan Pass. If you are a Secondary Account Holder and would like access, please email members@bulldogs.com.au for more information.
Can I opt out of receiving Fan Pass?
Yes, if you no longer wish to receive the videos, please email the club to let them know. You'll find the steps to opt out at the bottom of the email used to deliver your Fan Pass.
I'm not receiving the SMS or email notifications, what should I do?
If you are an eligible Member and not receiving Fan Pass notifications, please contact the Membership Services Team via email members@bulldogs.com.au or directly on 1300 769 164 on Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm.
