2026 Digital Membership FAQs
12 months of Kayo Standard or Premium with NRL Digital Membership
1. What is the NRL Digital Membership?
New, returning and existing Kayo customers can receive a 12-month Kayo Standard or Premium subscription as part of NRL's 2026 Digital Membership. To redeem this offer, you’ll receive a unique, single-use voucher code from your club.
This offer is not available on Kayo Basic. Existing customers on Kayo Basic will need to change their subscription tier to Standard or Premium.
This offer is not available for Kayo subscriptions billed through a third party (Telstra, Apple) and will be available from 1 Sep 2025 - 31 Aug 2026.
2. How do I add my voucher?
New or returning Kayo customers
1. You’ll receive a voucher code from your club after purchasing a digital membership through the club.
2. Click here, scroll down and select
3. Got a voucher? Enter the voucher code, then click Submit.
4. Kayo Standard or Premium will be pre-selected.
5. Follow the prompts to enter your details, including your mobile number.
6. Follow the prompts to enter your payment details.
Note: Credit card details are required as a pre-authorisation to validate your card. You’ll only be charged after the offer period ends if you have not cancelled your subscription.
Existing Kayo customers
1. Login to My Account.
2. Under Payments & Billing, select Vouchers.
3. Enter the voucher information, then select Redeem.
4. Review the details onscreen, then select Confirm.
You’ll receive a confirmation that the voucher has been successfully applied to your subscription. The offer will apply from your next billing cycle.
3. What if I didn't receive my voucher?
Please contact the club you purchased the membership from and they will assist you.
4. What if I have Kayo?
You’ll need to change your subscription to Kayo Standard or Premium before being able to redeem this offer.
To change your subscription:
Login to My Account.
Under My Subscriptions, select Manage Subscriptions.
Next to the app you’d like to change, select Edit.
Select Kayo Standard or Premium, then select Update Subscriptions.
Review the order changes, then select Confirm.
5. If my old voucher is still valid, when can I apply my new voucher?
If you currently have a Digital Membership with months remaining, adding the new voucher will void any existing vouchers. Please add the new voucher code in the last month of your current voucher’s eligibility.
6. What happens to my subscription after the offer ends?
If you have not cancelled your subscription before the offer period ends, you’ll be charged the normal monthly Kayo Standard or Premium subscription rate at the time.
7. I have a voucher, why was my subscription was cancelled?
This can occur if your payment method has failed or if there's no valid credit card on your account. To resolve this, please get in touch with us via Live Chat.
8. What if I'm having trouble applying my voucher?
Sometimes you may experience issues while in an incognito browser or in private mode. Try to close the incognito browser or exit private mode and try again.
