TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

By entering the Bulldogs In Vegas Competition, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. GENERAL TERMS

1.1 Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 Participation constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry. Entrants must comply with these conditions to be valid.

2. PROMOTER & PRIZE SUPPLIER

2.1 Promoter: Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Club (ABN 38 001 869 405), Belmore Sports Ground, Edison Lane, Belmore NSW 2192.

2.2 Prize Supplier: Elite Business Travel (ABN 97 160 269 652), Level 14, 3 Parramatta Square, 153 Macquarie Street, Parramatta NSW 2150.

2.3 Elite Business Travel guarantees all travel services and accommodations as specified. Should Elite Business Travel fail to deliver any component of the prize, Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Rugby League Club's maximum liability is limited to the advertised prize value of AUD $10,000.

3. WHO CAN ENTER

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who:

Register via the assigned QR Code for the Bulldogs In Vegas Campaign; AND
Purchase or renew a 2026 Match Access Bulldogs Membership between Tuesday 2 September 2025 (9:00am AEST) and Friday 12 December 2025 (4:00pm AEST).

3.2 Supporter Range Members, corporate members, complimentary memberships, and employees of the Promoter or its agencies (and their immediate families) are ineligible.

3.3 Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, de facto partner, child, stepchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling, stepsibling, or first cousin.

3.4 Airline Staff, Travel Agents or people in the travel industry are not eligible for the prize

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 The Competition commences on Sunday 27 July 2025 (10:00am AEST) and closes on Friday 12 December 2025 (4:00pm AEST).

4.2 To enter, eligible participants must:
a) Register their details via the Bulldogs In Vegas QR Code; AND
b) Purchase or renew a 2026 Match Access Bulldogs Membership within the above timeframe.

4.3 Each membership entitles one (1) entry.

4.4 If technical issues prevent registration via QR code, members may email membership@bulldogs.com.au with proof of membership purchase to receive manual entry. All technical entries must be submitted within 48 hours of membership purchase.

5. PRIZE

5.1 Prize Details:

• Return economy flights for two (2) people from Sydney to Las Vegas
• Four (4) nights’ accommodation in a 4-star Las Vegas hotel
• Two (2) tickets in the Bulldogs Supporter Bay for Bulldogs v Dragons at Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas NV on Saturday 28 February 2026
• Travel will occur 22 February 2026 – 2 March 2026

5.2 The prize is valued at up to AUD $10,000 (including GST).

5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

5.4 All bookings must be made through Elite Business Travel. Any changes after confirmation will incur fees at the winner’s expense.

5.5 Prize exclusions:

• Travel insurance
• Meals
• Spending money
• Transfers
• Passport and visa costs
• Any travel to/from Sydney Airport

5.6 The winner and guest must hold valid passports and meet all US entry requirements.

5.7 If the Bulldogs match in Las Vegas is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, the Promoter is not responsible for providing tickets to an alternative event.

5.8 The Promoter is not liable for changes to travel arrangements caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to government restrictions, pandemic-related travel bans, natural disasters, airline strikes, venue unavailability, or force majeure events affecting international travel or the Las Vegas NRL fixture.

5.9 The winner is required to purchase and arrange Travel Insurance directly with Elite Business Travel prior to the confirmation of the prize.

5.10 Prize value is based on February 2026 travel costs. If costs exceed AUD $10,000 due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, accommodation may be adjusted maintain expected prize value

6. HOW TO WIN

6.1 The draw will take place at Belmore Sports Ground, Edison Lane, Belmore NSW 2192 on Monday 15 December 2025.

6.2 One (1) winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.

6.3 The winner will be notified by phone and email within 2 business days and their name published on www.bulldogs.com.au and official Bulldogs social channels within 7 days.

7. UNCLAIMED PRIZE

7.1 If the prize is not claimed within 14 business days (excluding public holidays), an unclaimed prize draw will occur on Monday 5 January 202n.

8. CONSENT & PROMOTIONS

8.1 Entrants consent to their name, image, and winner story being used for promotional purposes across all Bulldogs channels, NRL promotional materials, and Las Vegas tourism campaigns

8.2 The winner and guest may be required to sign a legal release and indemnity form prior to accepting the prize.

9. LIABILITY

9.1 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its agents are not responsible for:

a) Technical issues or platform errors
b) Lost, late, or corrupted entries
c) Theft, damage, or loss of any prize after dispatch
d) Injury or loss caused in connection with the competition

10. PRIVACY

10.1 Personal information is collected for the administration of this competition and may be used for marketing purposes.

10.2 The Promoter may share entrant details with: Elite Business Travel (prize fulfilment), NRL (Las Vegasevent coordination), and Bulldogs partners (membership benefits)
