Just 10 minutes of exercise a day is enough to benefit both your physical and mental health.

As part of Bulldogs in the Community commitment to promote Health & Wellness, we’ve teamed up with Black Dog Institute to raise awareness reminding everyone you can Exercise Your Mood with physical activity or mental fitness. Here are a few ways to get started

            1. Start wherever you are

            2. Find a time in the day that suits you

            3. Choose activities that you enjoy

            4. Remember to reward yourself for incremental changes

            5. Give yourself a break

Bulldogs halfback Moses Mbye is a proud Ambassador for the EYM campaign and is working closely with Black Dog to spread the message.

“When you’re exercising it makes you feel really good about yourself – like you’re achieving and accomplishing something.”

Now is the perfect time to take the first step to improving your own wellbeing.
