The Bulldogs have three games left in the regular season, and in what has been a frustrating season to say the least, the players are all about winning this week.

Canterbury host the seventh placed Manly Sea Eagles at ANZ Stadium on Sunday. This same team defeated the Dogs earlier in the year at Brookvale Oval in a tough afternoon for the club.

A win on Sunday will erase the memories of what happened in Round Four, in a celebration of the final home game of the 2017 season.

“The focus this week is about winning. Manly gave us a kick up the backside last time we played them at Brookvale and we have an opportunity to turn that result around this week. We’re concentrating on finishing the season on a high. To be honest we have had a pretty dour season and there’s no better way to finish the season than with a couple of wins,” said Mbye.

In what has been a disappointing season, the players just want that winning feeling again to bring things to a close.

“We just want to win. We miss that feeling and I certainly do. We haven’t had many wins this season and we are really missing that feeling of getting a victory. It’s been a tough couple of months with the way the season has been going, but we really want the winning vibe to end the year,” added Mbye.

There’s no love lost between the Bulldogs and Sea Eagles and we're guaranteed to see the rivalry continue in this Round 24 clash!

Scheduled at the family-friendly time of 4pm, there's no better way to spend your Sunday arvo than cheering on your team.

So make sure you're at ANZ Stadium 20 August for all the fun.
