Panthers coach Anthony Griffin has named his 21-man squad to face the Bulldogs at Pepper Stadium on Thursday.

Skipper Matt Moylan has been ruled out of the clash due to a hamstring injury.

The 26-year old Moylan came from the field in the second half of the Panthers win over the Titans last weekend with hamstring soreness and with five days to prepare for this week’s match, the five-eighth has failed to recover in time.

Rookie Tyrone May will come into the starting side at five-eighth and looks set to play his second NRL game after making his debut and scoring a try in the Panthers Round 19 win over the New Zealand Warriors.

Bryce Cartwright has been named in jersey 18 following his return to the playing field in the Panthers Intrust Super Premiership side last weekend.

Cartwright underwent minor knee surgery after he broke down in round 11, but following an impressive performance last week, the 22-year old could be a late inclusion into Griffin’s final 17.

Reagan Campbell-Gillard has been named at prop after coming off the bench last week.
