Read more quotes from Tuesday morning’s press conference as David Klemmer looks back on the Cowboys game, the upcoming clash with the Rabbitohs, the past fortnight, Sam Kasiano and finals footy.

on this weeks’ match with the Rabbitohs…

We’re just focusing on winning the game. We were pretty disappointed after last week’s game and coming in the finals and big games, we need to win and that’s the only thing we are looking at.

on the loss to the Cowboys…

We were all disappointed, especially playing here at Belmore and you could see by the reaction of the fans.

on the team’s focus…

As a group we’re looking at one game at a time. We’re letting ourselves down by dropping too much footy and giving quality sides a lot more of the football.

Make sure you're at ANZ Stadium with your colours showing your loud and proud in Round 26!

on the disappointment of the past fortnight…

It’s a team game and we can’t just blame people. Everyone’s accountable and we need to improve as a side. Moving forward, we can’t dish what we have been dishing up.

on a potential finish outside the top four…

We’re not going to sit here and whinge about it, we’ve got to get on and play football. We’ve got the side here to win it. We’ve got players here that can us games and if we play good together as team, anything can happen.

on no Kasiano…

He’s a big part of our team and we can’t just rely on one bloke. He’s had a wonderful year.

on the Rabbitohs form…

They’ve played some of the best footy of their season over the past couple of weeks. They’ve got some big boys and Greg Inglis at the back who’s a world class fullback. They’ve hit some form and they’ll be trying to knock us off on Friday night. It’s a good test for us going into the finals.

on playing at ANZ Stadium or Allianz…

As long as we keep our supporters and get them to the game, that will be good. Wherever we play, we’ve just got to win footy games.

In a special arrangement for Bulldogs Member’s at this Friday’s clash with the Rabbitohs, all General Admission and Reserved seat Members will have access to ANZ Stadium’s brand new CrossBar located on Level 2 of the eastern grandstand.
