With the 2016 NRL Telstra Premiership Finals Series upon us, there are a number of different ways to secure your seat at a finals fixture, with club members receiving exclusive access to tickets ahead of the general public.
The Bulldogs have four scenarios which could impact on the determination of finals matches being played at ANZ Stadium.
*Dates and times for week one of the finals will only be decided after the completion of all Round 26 matches.
Below is an explanation of where the Bulldogs could finish on the NRL ladder.
Scenario 1 – Finish fourth on the ladder
The Bulldogs currently sit on 32 competition points, level with Broncos and Cowboys, but due to points differential are sixth on the NRL ladder. The Bulldogs would need results to go their way for this scenario to occur.
To finish fourth, the Bulldogs need to beat the Rabbitohs, the Titans to beat the Cowboys and the Roosters to beat the Broncos.
If the Bulldogs finish top four they would play away in week one, but would host a home final in either week two or week three at ANZ Stadium depending on the result from the opening weekend of finals.
Scenario 2 – Finish fifth on the ladder
If the Bulldogs finish fifth on the NRL ladder they will play a home elimination final in week one of the finals. The opponents will be either the Gold Coast Titans or the Wests Tigers depending on results this weekend.
To finish in fifth position, the Bulldogs will need to beat the Rabbitohs on Friday night and hope either the Cowboys or Broncos lose their final match of the season.

Scenario 3 – Finish sixth on the ladder
The Bulldogs will host the Penrith Panthers if they finish sixth on the NRL ladder in the first week of the finals in an elimination final.
Currently in sixth, the Bulldogs will stay there if they beat the Rabbitohs and both the Cowboys and Broncos walk away from Round 26 with a win.
Scenario 4 – Finish seventh on the ladder
The only way the Bulldogs can finish in seventh position is if they go down to the Rabbitohs on Friday night and the Panthers defeat the Manly Sea Eagles.
If this was to happen, the Bulldogs would play an elimination final against the Penrith Panthers.
Ticketed Club Members
- Ticketed Members will receive an email on the Sunday evening and the Monday morning with their AAN password which will need to be used to purchase tickets. These AAN passwords are unique, and if you do not receive an email with the details, please contact your club.
- Ticketed Members can then purchase from 10am on the Monday of each week through Ticketek (online, mobile, over the phone or at a Ticketek box office)
- Ticketed Members can use their AAN password to purchase up until gameday
- For those members whose club isn’t in the top 8, you will be able to purchase through the Non Ticketed Members window
Non-Ticketed Members
- Non-Ticketed Members will receive an email on the Monday morning with their password which will need to be used to purchase tickets.
- Non-Ticketed Members can then purchase from 4pm on the Monday of each week through Ticketek (Online, mobile, over the phone or at a Ticketek box office)
General Public
- General Public can purchase tickets from 10am Tuesday of each week.
- Purchasers will need to enter either a team password when purchasing tickets, or a generic NRL password if you aren’t supporting either of the teams. These passwords will be present on the Ticketek page as you purchase.
