Tony Archer discusses the contentious referee decisions from Round 25 of the NRL Telstra Premiership.

Make sure you're at ANZ Stadium with your colours showing your loud and proud in Round 26!

The Bulldogs were trailing the North Queensland Cowboys 6-4 at half-time, before Aiden Tolman was denied a four-pointer just after the break.

Tolman had chased a Moses Mbye grubber kick down the short side and while the on-field live decision was of try, the bunker over turned the decision to no try and referee’s boss Tony Archer explains why he agreed with the decision.

“The refs started with a live decision of try, but you can see that when it’s reviewed, the hand of Aiden Tolman knocks the ball forward,” Archer said.

“His fingers come down on the ball, it travels forward and then he grounds it. For us that’s a knock on and it was correctly overturned.”

In a special arrangement for Bulldogs Member’s at this Friday’s clash with the Rabbitohs, all General Admission and Reserved seat Members will have access to ANZ Stadium’s brand new CrossBar located on Level 2 of the eastern grandstand.

The CrossBar provides Bulldogs Members a premium food and beverage menu offering and can be accessed via the glass doors on the Level 1 concourse (adjacent to Aisle 107 & 108) and taking the escalators or lifts to Level 2 or by taking the escalators or lifts from Level 4 to Level 2.

Simply show your membership card or event ticket for entry to Level 2 and the CrossBar.
