Three lucky members who personify the values of the Bulldogs Nation were acknowledged for their ongoing support of their team at our home game clash against the Manly Sea Eagles at ANZ Stadium last Thursday with these one-in-a-lifetime game day awards:
18th Player
Our 18th jersey recipient John Vorsa accepted the award as a representative of our members as the 18th player– the supportive extra runner and heart of the team that is our Members. John has been a Platinum Plus Member for three consecutive years travelling to our home and away games in Newcastle and Canberra! John attends all member functions and is proud to be a Bulldog! John wears his Bulldogs gear every chance he gets!
Rookie of the Week
Charlie Laguzza was awarded Rookie of the Week award, presented to a first year Member for exemplary behavior. Charlie is 9 years old and lives and breathes the Bulldogs! Charlie loves playing rugby league and would love to play for the Bulldogs one day!
Ball Deliverer
Bulldogs Member’s Kaden and Leon Edwards accepted the task of delivering the match ball onto the field before kick off against Manly! Kaden and Leon have been fans their whole lives and asked for Bulldogs Memberships as their Christmas presents! Kaden’s favourite player is Curtis Rona and Leon’s is James Graham!
