The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs can confirm that Dane Chisholm has been released from his contract and has taken up an offer with English second division side, Bradford Bulls.

Chisholm was contracted to the club for 2016 and 2017 but an offer to play in England was too good to refuse. He will play for the Bulls through until the end of 2017.

The 25-year-old will leave the country immediately and will look to turn out for his new side in the coming weeks.

“I’m delighted to have joined Bradford and start the next chapter of my career at the Bulls,” said Chisholm.

“I’m looking forward to getting over to West Yorkshire and ripping in with the lads and getting into the games.

“I experienced English rugby league last year and I can’t wait to be involved it again.”
