THE Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are ready to bring their A-game when they host the Sydney Roosters this Sunday at ANZ Stadium.
Having downed the Tigers in Round 10, the Dogs are gunning to keep the wins coming and cement their place in the top eight.

Will it be back to back?
The Bulldogs head into round 11 looking for back to back victories for the second time this year. In what has been a frustrating opening 10 rounds with inconsistent performances, the Bulldogs will be looking to make a statement against the 15th placed Roosters. The Bulldogs registered back to back wins in rounds one and two. So will the blue and whites build on the win over the Tigers on Sunday afternoon?
Will it be win number two?
The Roosters have had the wood on the Bulldogs in recent time, with six wins from the past seven encounters, including three wins last season. The Bulldogs only win during this time came back in 2014 when a Josh Reynolds field goal guided the Bulldogs to a 9-8 win at Allianz Stadium. Can Sunday afternoon provide a platform for the Bulldogs to register their second win over the tri-colours in eight matches?
Is Sunday an Origin trial?
Following this weekend’s round of footy, the State of Origin sides will be picked and on Sunday a host of stars will be on show looking to impress Blues Coach Laurie Daley. The Bulldogs have Josh Reynolds, Josh Jackson, David Klemmer and Josh Morris all eyeing positions in the side, while the Roosters have Mitchell Pearce, Boyd Cordner and Blake Freguson looking to push their way into the Blues 17 for game one. With many positions still on the line and questions being raised on who Laurie will pick, is Sunday’s clash at ANZ Stadium an opportunity for these players to put their hand up for NSW?
Garvey or four forwards?
Tony Williams played in the Intrust Super Premiership side last weekend and made way for Craig Garvey, who was included on the bench in the win over the Tigers. The interchange hooker’s impact was felt, scoring a try and providing plenty of energy when he came on. With the Bulldogs facing a big Roosters forward pack this weekend, will Coach Des Hasler stick with a second number nine on the bench or opt for four forwards?
