Captain James Graham has fronted the media off the back of the loss to the Warriors to discuss what went wrong and what needs to change ahead of the Titans at ANZ Stadium.

Below is a recap of his press conference.

What went wrong against the Warriors?

“It’s a little bit of inconsistency from ourselves. We have shown in patches throughout the year, what we are capable of doing, but were just not doing it for 80 minutes.”

What was the thinking of having yourself and Aiden start on the bench?

“There were a couple of reasons. Des just spoke to Aiden and I during the week about changing it and we thought it was going to benefit the team. If Des thinks it’s the best thing for the team, than I’m more than happy to do it.”

What did you make of the Reynolds/Lichaa incident?

“It’s just one of those things. Josh is a passionate guy and it shows me he cares and is passionate about this club. It means more to Josh Reynolds probably than it does with anyone else.”

Are you a fan of an 18th man being introduced?

“I think having an 18th man is something the powers that be should look to introduce. I hate seeing players go off in key positions and the whole team is thrown into disarray. I definitely think there is room for an 18th or 19th man, especially if concussion is the result of foul play or injury.”
