The Bulldogs returned to the winners circle in round four with a dominant display over the Rabbitohs and will make a return to their spiritual home ground Belmore in round five against the Canberra Raiders.

Ahead of the clash with the Raiders, bulldogs.com.au takes a look at six questions yet to be answered ahead of the Monday night fixture.

1. Will the Milestones play a part?

Monday night will see Chase Stanley play his 100th NRL match and Tony Williams play his 150th NRL match. It’s a big occasion for the two and an opportunity for the Bulldogs to celebrate these milestones with a win. After celebrating Josh Reynolds’ and Josh Morris’ milestones against the Rabbitohs with an impressive win, will the Bulldogs be able to do it all again?

2. Can Belmore play its part?

Those who were on the hill at Belmore and witnessed the Bulldogs' blistering performance against the Storm on Monday night in Round 16, 2015, can't help but crack a smile any time that particular game gets a mention.

They were given a follow-up dose against the Sharks four weeks later but for those who didn't get back to Belmore in 2015, have their chance this week against the Raiders.

Occasions such as this are special because they are rare and after going 17 years without a game at Belmore it's an opportunity all footy fans should take up. Will playing at Belmore get the Bulldogs over the line?

3. Will Sezer and Austin lift the Raiders?

The Raiders welcome back their first choice six and seven this week in Blake Austin and Aiden Sezer. Both have been sidelined since round one with injury and along the way the Raiders have managed to pick up three competition points in their absence. Sezer provides control, while Austin provides the running game and energy. With both men back, will the Raiders attack go to a new level?

4. Can Hoppa continue to deliver?

Fullback Will Hopoate has thrived in the number one position and has been a standout for the Bulldogs in the opening four rounds. He is averaging 14 runs and 116.5m per game, scored four tries from as many games and has picked up two players player awards along the way. Can Hoppa deliver in his first outing at Belmore?

5. Which forward pack will come out on top?

The Bulldogs and Raiders feature two of the biggest forward packs in the competition and after blowing the Rabbitohs forward pack off the park last week, the Bulldogs will have the hands full with the Green Machine. Tolman, Graham, Eastwood, Williams, Jackson, Kasiano, Browne and Klemmer form a formidable pack but the Raiders are more than a match with the likes of Boyd, Vaughan, Papalii, Soliola, Whitehead and Nuuasuala set to give the Bulldogs pack a run for their money. Who will come out on top?

6. Will the record continue?

The Bulldogs have an amazing record against the Raiders at Belmore Sports Ground, winning 11 of 12 clashes and the only loss came in round 18, 1990 when the Raiders defeated the Bulldogs 28-20. It’s an impressive record and one the Bulldogs will look to continue on Monday night.
