Although going down by a point to the Newcastle Knights, the Bulldogs New South Wales Cup side produced some sizzling tries, including another hat-trick to winger Tyrone Phillips.

Newcastle Knights pulled off a miracle comeback, defeating the Canterbury Bulldogs in a 35-34 thriller.

The Bulldogs led 34-12 in the 68th minute, before the Knights scored four tries in nine minutes to lock up the scores.

Carlos Tuimavave kicked the match-winning field goal in the final minute to claim an unbelievable victory.
