Former Bulldog Ben Barba makes his return to the Cronulla Sharks side this weekend after missing their golden point victory over the Canberra Raiders in round 19.

Barba was a late scratching from the Sharks win last week with a knee injury, but has been named this week in jersey number 14.

The Sharks have named a 20 man squad for the highly anticipated Sunday afternoon clash between two sides on the same competition points.

The Sharks starting 13 is the same as last week, while Anthony Tupou has been included on a six man bench in an indication his comeback from a badly broken jaw is imminent.

Tupou has not played since round nine when Warrior Konrad Hurell lifted his knee and collected Tupou in the face that saw the veteran forward break his jaw and require 16 screws and four metal plates to rewire.

The Sharks will be looking for their third win in a row and will be looking for their first win over the Bulldogs since 2011.
