Curtis Rona has excelled under the guidance of Des Hasler since joining the club from the North Queensland Cowboys.
The tall, athletic and Joondalup Giants junior has 16 tries next to his name from as many games.
His rise in 2015 has been based around hard work and consistency.
Rona is number one in the NRL for line breaks with 16, has 22 tries from his 23 NRL appearances and has scored four doubles in 2015.
Meanwhile Semi Radradra has become a cult figure at the Eels with his barnstorming runs and try-scoring ability.
The strong, powerful flying Fijian has at times been unstoppable in 2015, with 16 tries from only 10 games.
Radradra has scored 11 tries from his past five games and after scoring a double against the Wests Tigers in round 17, Radradra became the first man in 60 years to notch two or more tries, five games in a row, drawing him level with Bulldogs winger Curtis Rona on the season try-scoring list with 16.
The Eels enforcer is second behind Rona for line breaks in 2015 with 15, has 40 tries from his 41 NRL appearances and average almost 172m per game.
