Curtis Rona has spoken with the media in the lead up to Friday's clash with the South Sydney Rabbitohs at ANZ Stadium.

The Bulldogs will host the Rabbitohs at ANZ stadium in a Godd Frdiay blockbuster.

While many believe the round 5 clash will be about revenge for the Bulldogs after the loss in the 2014 Grand Final, in form winger Curtis Rona thinks otherwise.

"I think the boys are eager to get out there and play a qaulity team like the Rabbitohs and come away with the W will be a great achievement," said Rona.

He may not have been apart of the squad in 2014 and while the members of the Grand Final losing team will have that loss in the back of their minds, Rona is still very eager to get out there and perform well on Good Friday.

"Good Friday is a massive game for us and there will be a big crowd come Friday afternoon...I just need to contribute for the team and when it comes Friday I think the boys will be switched on and ready," said Rona.
