The Wests Tigers will be out to prove a point on Friday night after going down to the reigning premiers in round 3.

The Tigers were well in the game last weekend, but were unable to reign in the Rabbitohs towards the back end of the second half and after matching it up front with the 2014 premiers, the Bulldogs players are aware of the confidence the Tigers will gain from the loss.

"The West Tigers were really good against Souths...their forwards really stood up and it was only in the back end of the game were they lost their way," said Brett Morris.

"They showed they are a side you can't take lightly and i'm sure they will be looking to get back on the winning board," said Josh Morris.

Speaking of confidence.

The Bulldogs will be well aware of what the Tigers are capable of doing after they embarrassed the Bulldogs in round 19 last year.

"They really embarrassed us that day and i'm sure their are a few boys in our side who haven't forgotten that," said Josh Morris.

They are a very talented side the Tigers with Des Hasler expecting an exciting game at ANZ Stadium on Friday night.

"They play an expansive game of footy...they were probably unfortunate that they made a few errors in crucial parts of the field last week...I think it will be a really entertaining game tomorrow at ANZ," said Hasler.
