Josh Morris has spoken to the media about finally been given the opportunity to run out alongside his brother Brett once again at club level.
The Morris twins will re-unite at club level on Sunday afternoon for the first time since 2008 and for the representative centre, been given the opportunity to play alongside Brett again is an exciting time.
"I can't wait for Sunday. It's been a long time since we have played at the same club together, but I think Brett is more excited than me," said Morris.
The twins will head to Penrith on Sunday afternoon along with their teammates determined to get the Bulldogs season off to the right start and winning the early games certainly helps your season.
"It's important you win the first five or six games so you are not chasing those victories towards the back end of the year," said Morris.
The Bulldogs come into round one with the 2014 Grand Final loss behind them, but for Morris, the loss has not been of any motivation throughout the pre-season for the squad.
"We forgot that loss very quickly, but we do have an expectation on ourselves as well and we would like to be playing finals football at the end of the year," said Morris.
