Josh Reynolds spoke with the media today about what he thinks he needs to change in his game moving into the 2015 season.

After finishing the season with a State of Origin series win alongside close mate Trent Hodkinosn and another appearance in a Grand Final, many outsiders would have thought Reynolds would be happy with his season, but the local Bulldog junior is far from happy with what happened in 2014.

"I have looked at my stats over the off season and a few things that I did throughout the year and I wasn't overly happy with them," said Reynolds.

For a young half to be so hard on himself after the year he had, just goes to show how much Reynolds wants to improve.

Improving as a palyer each year is crucial and for the energetic five-eight focusing on his maturity is what he believes he needs to nail to take his game to the next step.

"I want to mature as a player, I want to mature as a half and be the player that my teammates can look to me to steer them around the field with a calm head," said Reynolds.
