Bulldogs Front Rower and recent Kangaroos Debutant Josh Jackson say he will never forget the day he put on his first green and gold jersey.

The Young Gulgong junior has achieved a lot in his short career, playing in two grand finals and winning the 2014 coaches award for the Bulldogs but being presented with his first green and gold Jersey by fellow country great Peter Sterling was certainly an unforgettable moment.

“I really enjoyed the experience… it was good to get the game time.” Jackson said.

“I will never forget the experience; I will never forget the first time I pulled on my green and gold Jersey.”

Jackson said that playing in front of his family was a very humbling experience for the young forward.

“To have my family around me, it was a very proud moment” Jackson told Bulldogs TV.

Jacksons Four Nations appearances top off a stellar year after he was also included in the NSW Blues Squad during the Origin Series.
