The South Sydney Rabbitohs will take on the Sydney Roosters in a blockbuster match at ANZ Stadium to kick off the preliminary finals on Friday night.
The winner of the match qualifies for the NRL Telstra Grand Final on Sunday, October 5.
In the other preliminary final on Saturday night, the Penrith Panthers will take on the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs at ANZ.
