Brown Cementing NRL Spot

Last week it was The Sharks and this week it’s The Tigers, both of which are former clubs of our very own Mitch Brown’s.
Having played 40 games for both clubs it is always a different feeling when you play against ex-team mates, as some are long-time friends and some you share some great memories with, but it is part and parcel of the game these days with the way the salary cap is and the reality that finding the right home takes time.
Since joining our club in 2012, Mitch has fitted in nicely. It didn't start off the way it liked with a season ending ACL injury, but the work he has done to recover from that has been outstanding. There has been many of hurdles on the way back from the injury for him, but his attitude to work hard in rehab and get back to playing the good footy we know he can play and the reason why the club no doubt signed him for has been exceptional.
Since the retirement of Steve Turner, AKA (zap), Mitch has found himself on the left wing outside of Josh Morris and he has not put a foot wrong. He has been great for us since first playing there in rd 2 and has improved as each week passes by. I real find for the club and a great story on how hard work and persistence gets results.
Bulldogs TV caught up with Mitch after the Sharks game to speak about both clubs, the injury and the Bulldogs itself.
